We hired Redfish Catering for my sister’s bachelorette party in Cape May, and they completely exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The food was absolutely incredible — beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The chef and assistant were not only professional but also so personable, making the entire evening feel special and elevated. Chef Doug was my first private chef experience and I cannot wait for the next excuse to book him! He was so sweet and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed before dinner. He was so accommodating for diet restrictions as well. We needed the perfect night for our best friend and it could not be any more perfect. From the passed appetizers, to the signature cocktails, to customized plates for every need it was a complete dream to celebrate our favorite girl. The details make the night. We come to Cape May for a week every year and have had Redfish cater for us for the last three years. Doug has been amazing, and is an essential part of our family vacation. The night Reffish caters is our favorite night of what is always an amazing vacation. Not only is his food incredible, but he makes the catering experience so easy and feels like part of the family. Doug and Amanda made my wife’s birthday one of the best in her 75 years! If you want great food, incredible service and most importantly some the  nicest two people you could ever meet please call them! I was totally surprised at the reasonable cost for what we ate! Chef Doug and his team are the best! They came to the house for my sister's bachelorette party and did not disappoint. From initial booking and planning the menu through the end of the night, Doug was so accommodating and easy to work with, and the food was absolutely delicious. I absolutely adore Chef Doug and his team! From the moment we booked, their efficiency, organization, and support were outstanding. He guided us through every detail, from our Airbnb logistics and guest count to the specific dietary requirements for all 25 guests at our chef dinner. Doug was incredibly accommodating and personable, truly going above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional, even before we arrived. The dinner itself was flawless—the multi-course meal was among the best I've ever had, showcasing their care and meticulous organization. They left the space even cleaner than when they arrived.
