First Course: Jumbo shrimp cocktail

Second Course: Caesar salad, parmesan tuile, peppercorn ranch, confit tomato

Third Course: Grilled prime  NY strip(sub Ribeye,Porterhouse or filet), truffle fingerling potatoes, sea salt roasted asparagus, veal jus’

Fourth Course: Chocolate peanut butter cheesecake
