Chicken meatballs with tomato ragout

Grilled skirt steak with clementines and crostini

SITDOWN

First Course: Spring  salad of mixed greens, grilled red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, pepitos with poppy seed dressing

Second Course: Fennel pollen dusted Halibut with roasted vegetable farro salad, vanilla bean vinaigrette

Third Course: Grilled prime NY strip, truffle fingerling potatoes, sea salt roasted asparagus

Fourth Course: Chocolate flourless torte w mixed berries
