Chef Doug Vaules always had a love for making creative, delicious foods. Since age 14, he has worked in every restaurant position that he could get his hands on. After being a restaurant chef, Doug realized that his true passion was gourmet catering. His love for fresh ingredients and customizable menus flourished into Red Fish Catering. From tuna to swordfish, Doug specializes in preparing local, in-season seafood – scallops are his favorite. Doug is passionate about bringing artistic, savory food to his clients through private catering.
